Hunter Biden’s business associates are scheduled to give testimony in closed-door hearings this week as part of an ongoing investigation into the President’s son.

These testimonies coincide with a House Republican-led impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

In addition, Hunter Biden himself is expected to appear for a closed-door deposition on February 28th, according to a statement from the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees.

Kevin Morris, a Hollywood attorney and trusted associate of Hunter Biden, is accusing House Republicans of intentionally distorting his private testimony.

According to Morris’ lawyer, the summary of his deposition provided by Oversight Chair James Comer was filled with inaccurate and misleading descriptions taken out of context.

The scrutiny surrounding Hunter Biden’s business dealings has been a contentious issue for some time, particularly among conservative critics who claim that he leveraged his family name to secure lucrative deals in Ukraine and China.

As the impeachment inquiry progresses, it remains uncertain how these closed-door testimonies will impact the ongoing investigation into Hunter Biden and those connected to his business ventures.
