On Friday, Kamala Harris faced a setback when attempts by Democrats to keep RFK Jr. on the ballot in North Carolina and Michigan did not go as planned.
After endorsing President Trump and committing to withdraw his name from key swing states, including North Carolina, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Nevada, RFK Jr. was successful in removing his name from seven states.
However, Democrat tactics allowed his name to remain on the ballot in North Carolina, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
This situation could have potentially cost Trump votes in these crucial states and benefited Kamala Harris.
However, on Friday the North Carolina Court of Appeals ruled to remove Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name from the ballots.
This decision came just as absentee ballots were set to be distributed in North Carolina.
As a result, the ballots will need to be reprinted without RFK Jr.’s name before being sent out.

The North Carolina State Board of Elections voted on Thursday, Aug. 29 to keep RFK Jr. on the ballot, despite his withdrawal a week earlier, siding with Democrats.
A Wake County judge upheld the decision before the Court of Appeals intervened today.
In Michigan, Democrats attempted to manipulate the situation further as Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson refused to allow RFK Jr. to withdraw and also fought against adding independent candidate Cornel West to the ballot.
However, the Michigan Court of Appeals recognized this interference and rightfully removed RFK Jr.
The Detroit Free Press reported that the court stated the section of state law cited by Benson in rejecting Kennedy’s withdrawal request applies only to state office candidates, not presidential candidates.
Wisconsin is now the only remaining challenge, as RFK Jr.’s lawsuit in the Badger State is still ongoing.
