California Judge Pursues Contempt Charges Against Father Fighting Son’s Castration

In 2020, a Dallas judge issued an order granting Anne Georgulas the authority to make medical decisions for her 8-year-old son, James Younger.

Georgulas sought to administer puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones to transition James, despite his father, Jeffrey Younger’s efforts to protect him from such treatment.

Dr. Georgulas admitted in court that she used in-vitro fertilization with a donor egg and is not the biological mother of James and his twin brother Jude.

The Texas Governor announced that the Attorney General’s Office and the Department of Family and Protective Services were investigating this case.

A video revealed that James had been dressed in girls’ clothing and painted his nails from a very young age.

The abuse began when James showed interest in a toy associated with girls’ interests; however, it is normal for children to explore different toys without indicating their desire for gender transition.

When asked about his gender at the age of 3, James stated that he was a girl because his mother told him so.

Jeffrey Younger was required to pay $5,000 per month for his son’s “transition” and counseling, as well as a $10,000 retainer for the counselor.

In December 2022, Jeffrey Younger provided an update on his twin sons.

The only safe way for a man to have children is through a surrogate. In marriage, children effectively at-law belong to the mother not the father. Most men lose their kids. Surrogacy is the only way for men to be secure in their posterity.

Ever since then, the boy has been relocated to California. Despite this, Jeff Younger persists in his battle to safeguard his child.

A judge in California is now seeking to further penalize Jeff by assembling a court session to charge him with contempt of court.

Jeffrey simply desires for his son to be allowed to continue living as a boy.

Having failed to imprison Jeff Younger last week, Judge Mark Juhas is convening his court today in an effort to hold Jeff Younger in contempt of court in Los Angeles.

Juhas is upset over the release of information associated with Anne Georgulas’s efforts to transition 12 year old boy James Younger into a female.

At issue is legal expert Alex Baker’s late-July release of an article entitled “L.A. Judge Mark Juhas About to Authorize Transgender Crimes Against Humanity.”

Alex Baker recorded the hearings in Younger’s case, and released information about the facts of the case in spite of Judge Juhas’s gag order intended to keep the details of the case under wraps.
