Thomas Matthew Crooks, the individual who attempted to assassinate Trump, was found to possess two cell phones and had utilized three encrypted accounts located overseas for communication.
The FBI discovered Crooks’ second cell phone at his residence containing only 27 contacts, as reported by The Daily Mail.
According to Congressman Mike Waltz, during an FBI briefing it was revealed that Crooks had multiple encrypted accounts, with further information expected to be disclosed on Monday.
Waltz also mentioned that the discovery of Crooks’ overseas accounts coincided with reports of an Iranian assassination plot against Trump.
When asked about a potential connection between the two incidents, Jesse Watters clarified that they were unrelated.
Additionally, it was suggested that the intelligence agencies deliberately leaked the story about the Iranian assassination plot to CNN in order to create confusion and divert attention from the Secret Service’s shortcomings on Saturday.

“Channel 11′s Nicole Ford also obtained exclusive photos showing the cell phone and transmitter device found next to Crooks moments after a Secret Service sniper shot and killed him.” WPXI reported.
The Wall Street Journal and CNN previously reported that explosives were found in Thomas Matthew Crooks’ Hyundai Sonata, which was parked next to the rally. The specifics of the explosives remain unknown.
CNN stated that investigators did not find any evidence of Crooks searching online for instructions on how to create homemade explosives.
The circumstances surrounding the attempted assassination of President Trump raise questions about how Crooks managed to carry out the attack alone.
It is unclear how he acquired the knowledge and resources needed for the attempt.
On the morning of the assassination attempt, Crooks reportedly purchased a 5-foot ladder from Home Depot.
It is uncertain how he knew he needed a ladder to access a rooftop with a clear line to President Trump.
There are discrepancies regarding whether he used this ladder or another one in the actual attempt.
During President Trump’s Pennsylvania rally, a bullet grazed his ear and fatally struck one rallygoer in the head. Two others were wounded, one critically.
The media is trying to paint Crooks as a ‘lone wolf’ and ‘domestic terrorist’ but there is no way he acted alone.
