Recently, Mahomes liked an Instagram post from Trump promoting his 20-point plan to revitalize America, a plan outlined by the RNC that highlights key goals for Trump and the GOP should they regain control of the White House and secure majorities in both the House and Senate.
This seemingly harmless action provoked strong reactions from progressive individuals, especially fans of Taylor Swift, who expressed their disapproval with hateful messages aimed at her.
They appeared to be deeply troubled by the notion that Swift would associate with a supporter of Trump.
The responses included derogatory comments labeling Mahomes as a racist and an apologist for sexual assault.
